For several years DL M&E Building Services has provided ongoing reactive and proactive maintenance services for a well-known and established blue chip company. As this is an ongoing contractual relationship, the client shall not be disclosed.

As part of the proactive package, we undertake pre-planned maintenance throughout their Greater Manchester based offices, this includes planned maintenance to the air-conditioning equipment, emergency lighting systems and fire alarm systems. We undertake electrical testing throughout the entire premises and PAT testing to their portable appliances.

The client takes advantage of DL M&E reactive service, when required. DL M&E Building Services send a mechanical or electrical engineer within 4 hours to the sites. We have and will always send the relevant trade to ensure that the fault is rectified as soon as possible. We always meet our contractual duties and will continue to do so. Ensuring that the building is compliant with statutory requirements and providing the best working environment for the company’s employees.
