Health and safety is at the forefront of DL M&E’s values. We take the safety of our employees on site very seriously. That’s why we were awarded the Health and Safety Provider of the Year Award in 2017 by one of our prominent clients.

Our health and safety policy, procedures and standards are produced, implemented, monitored, audited, and regularly reviewed to ensure compliance with the legal duties imposed by the Health and Safety at Work Act, along with relevant health and safety regulations made under the act.

We also retain an independent Health and Safety Consultant for the good of our clients and employees.

But we believe the health and safety of our projects is not just a legal duty, but a responsibility of every employee. We go above and beyond what is expected to ensure everyone is protected during and after the completion of works.

We take a proactive approach to raise awareness of the safety risks associated with our installations by involving all neighbours and stakeholders of the project.

DL M&E is accredited within the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme(CHAS) and we are close to receiving BS OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditation for our occupational health and safety management system.
