DL M&E was very proud to receive ISO 9001:2015 accreditation in April of this year.
This ISO accreditation is only given to companies after thorough audits of their quality management systems. To receive it, a company needs to:
a) demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aim to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
During our audit we achieved all the necessary requirements and were complimented on our excellent service.
Since our inception, DL M&E has worked hard to provide the best quality management and we are always aiming to improve upon our service. Receiving our accreditation proves to ourselves and our clients that we are moving in the right direction.
