Project Profile – Bristol Trinity Quay Refurbishment

Simultaneously, we have been completing refurbishment works throughout the other 6 floors involving a full mechanical and electrical refresh and installations.

Our mechanical department completed full dilapidation and stripout works across all 6 floors, as well as the design and installation of new chilled and LTHW steel pipe water services, domestic services/toilet areas, ventilation services and brand new 4-pipe fan coil units throughout. To add to this, the team also upgraded the entire BMS system throughout the building. The new intelligent building management system now connects information and controls relating to multiple systems operating throughout the building.

Meanwhile, our electrical department installed an entirely new LED lighting system, including the containment, small power and lighting control as well as the emergency lighting with smart scanners.

Upon completion, our Project Managers facilitated a site visit for both managers and trainees from a variety of departments, using the completed project as a model of exemplary installation.
