Since establishing DL M&E Building Services in 2004, Danny has built and maintained solid relationships with both clients and suppliers to ensure the ongoing stability of the business. He is continually pushing the boundaries so that everyone at DL M&E delivers projects on budget, on time at the highest installation and build quality possible. Due to Danny’s extensive Mechanical and Electrical background he is able to relate to the issues faced by DL M&E engineers and appreciates the hard work and commitment of each and every one of the team.

Ben has been a part of DL M&E since 2007 and is responsible for all matters relating to production, quality, programming and health and safety. He has a wealth of experience in the industry and expertise across multiple sectors such as corporate fitouts, large retail outlets and retail banking refurbishments and renewals. Ben builds and develops the work-streams within the business to ensure the client's requirements are met first time, every time.

He leads the team of mechanical project managers and designers, ensuring that projects are kept on track and delivered without issue. With outstanding supplier management skills and strong industry expertise, Gary is always one step ahead, capable of recognising any potential issues before they arise.

He has a strong design background and extensive electrical expertise. James’s eye for detail ensures that projects are always delivered to the client’s precise requirements.

Shaun joined DL M&E as a Project Manager, and due to his dedication and commitment he soon progressed to Contracts Manager, offering his team the technical expertise required to manage the delivery of complex and demanding projects. Shaun now oversees specialist mechanical installations and procurement, using his vast knowledge and experience in mechanical installation which he gained from years of training and working alongside skilled industry technicians.

Michael began his career as a plumbing apprentice and has a wide array of skills in plumbing, heating, gas and pipefitting.  He also ran his own mechanical installation company, which gave him an excellent understanding of all aspects of the industry.  Michael has carried out mechanical installation works on both new build and refurbishments in a wide variety of sectors.

Whilst undertaking the foreman role, Jake’s general day to day duties incorporated project management responsibilities. DL M&E employed Jake at this stage in his career and continue to develop Jake within his role. He began his career within a large consultancy and DL M&E Building Services provided him with the opportunity to complete his training and progress to the qualified mechanical designer he is today.  Andrew has a lateral way of thinking when faced with a problem and this, combined with a methodical and strategic way of working, make him the ideal person for this role.

Josh began his career as an apprentice and has a history of working on large scale commercial jobs as a commissioning engineer. His experiences on site led his to a career in design, and he is currently gaining his design qualifications whilst also working directly under the tutelage of our talented team of designers.

Gordon oversees CAD design within DL M&E.  He has previously worked for various consultants, developing M&E schemes. He has brought extensive experience and knowledge to the team, which has allowed him to create the CAD department and develop it to the high standard it is today.

Andrew joined DL M&E to assist with the co-ordination and auditing of mechanical and electrical designs throughout the business. His experience in building services and his impressive background in M&E consulting makes him the ideal person for this role. Andrew brings with him an extensive knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services which enables him to provide consistency across DL M&E design teams and client requirements.

Edward started his career at DL M&E as an Electrician and has progressed to a Quantity Surveyor role, where he is currently undertaking a degree in Quantity Surveying. Undergoing further training through DL M&E’s established group of Commercial professionals is helping Joshua to establish himself as a proficient Quantity Surveyor.

Alison is responsible for the maintenance and distribution of Plant and PPE throughout the business. As a result of her positive attitude her role has expanded, and Alison now carries out a support role for fleet and accommodation duties.
